Cancellation Policy

• Refund with a cancellation fee can be applied for the booking 7 days prior to the flight date.
• A 100% cancellation charge will apply for cancellations less than 7 days before the flight date.
• No show fee will be applied, 100% of the total booked tickets.
• To secure the booking, 100% payment is required in advance of the flight date.
• Date Change and Name Change is allowed with fee.
• Payment voucher or flight ticket must be presented by each passenger on the day of flight.
• No refunds will be given for failure to arrive on a pre-arranged flight.
